We are seeking a experienced dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Processing Facility Assistant to join our team in Michigan. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with weekends off and excellent opportunities for growth within our company.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily operations in the processing facility

Support product intake, receiving, and inventory management

Create SKUs and maintain accurate product records

Process invoices and maintain organized documentation

Ensure compliance with all company and state regulations

Assist with manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and quality control processes

Support retail operations, including inventory transfers, product preparation, and communication with retail staff

Assist with brand operations by ensuring product consistency, packaging standards, and brand presentation

Maintain accurate inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

Perform other duties as assigned to support processing, manufacturing, retail, and brand operations

Qualifications:

Knowledge of metric measurements

Understanding of compliance requirements

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Experience with inventory management, manufacturing, or retail operations preferred

Dutchie experience is a plus

Strong computer and data entry skills

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
