The Processing Specialist III position handles the most complex customers with minimal Supervision. The focus of the position is to perform the day to day function of highly complex client processing.
  • Handles highly complex customers with unique, specific and/or challenging processing requirements.
  • Performs look ups and additional research on rejected payments and paperwork.
  • Higher level decision making on transactions
  • Manages received dates, effective dates/backdates on mail to be processed to assure that all client deadlines are met.
  • Communicate with all areas of Operations throughout the shift to assure deadlines are met.
  • Customer Contact to resolve issues and processes
  • Process work accurately and maintain performance output in accordance with department and client standards
  • Demonstrates a high-level knowledge of specific client requirements
  • Assist with Training & Controls for Quality Assurance

Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 years experience in document processing.
  • Good hand/eye coordination
  • Demonstrated the capability to be extremely detail oriented and quality conscious
  • Comfortable working with tight and floating deadlines
  • Clear, direct communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, overtime and/or off shifts
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well independently and with others
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn new processes as the business evolves
  • Must meet the Deluxe established standard minimums for productivity and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 2 years of document processing
Additional Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
