Hours: Full-time: 40 hours/week


Summary: Nevada Pic A Part is seeking a Processing Lead to join our fast-paced operations team. This individual will oversee and coordinate daily operations within the processing area while fostering a culture of safety, cleanliness, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and knowledgeable, ensuring efficient and effective processing operations. The Processing Lead will supervise employees, enforce safety standards, monitor company equipment, verify inspections and tool check-outs using company software, and maintain clean workspaces. This role is also responsible for training new hires and ensuring adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOP's).

  • Ensure all company equipment is maintained, inspected, and fully operational
  • Maintain clean work areas and equipment
  • Adhere to the dress code and company uniform policies
  • Communicate respectfully and clearly with all team members and attend employee meetings
  • Promptly address and report any issues related to staff, inventory, equipment, or operations
  • Support efficient processing operations through effective leadership
  • Manage change effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle unexpected challenges
