Job description

Location: Worcester, MA 01606  (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
 
Key Responsibilities
Organize and maintain employee personnel files
Ensure HR documents are filed accurately and consistently
Assist with internal HR audits and verify completeness of records
Prepare and send documents for secure off-site storage and retention
Perform data entry in HRIS systems
Support internal job postings and payroll processing
Assist with employee engagement activities and HR projects
Maintain electronic communication platforms
Help prepare quarterly HR newsletters and internal communications
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
 
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Training will be provided for the right candidate. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive HR information.
