Many Process Servers work independently but collaborate with law firms and courts to ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Are process servers in high demand?

Their primary role is to ensure that parties are properly notified about legal actions, which is a fundamental part of due process. Process servers must follow specific legal procedures to confirm that the documents are served correctly and may be required to provide proof of service to the court. They often work independently or with law firms, and their work is essential to the functioning of the legal system.
