Job Overview

As a Counter Server / Front-of-House (FOH) Team Member, you will be the face of our company and the first step in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly greeting guests as they enter and leave the restaurant
  • Accurately describing dishes and making appropriate recommendations
  • Correctly entering orders into our Point-of-Sale system
  • Processing payments and serving food or beverages at the counter
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Providing quick, friendly, and accurate service
  • May be requested to run food to guests tables, clear tables and keep all aspects of the dining room area clean.
