Looking for 5+yrs exp in Websphere and 2+yrs exp in IBM/BPM
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
IBM BPM 7.5/8.0/8.5 Administration Experience.
IBM BPM Installation, Configuration, Support and Troubleshooting including Process Center, Process Server and Deployment manager.
WebSphere Administration.
Production Support Skills for the IBM BPM Environment.
Shell Scripting and knowledge of Linux.
Knowledge of industry best practices for IBM BPM.
Knowledge of at least one Webserver like Apache or IBM http server and it's integration with IBM BPM.
GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS:
Experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) Administration.
General WebSphere Admin experience.
Experience with Messaging products like IBM MQ.
* Familiarity with Java.
