Job description

About the Role:

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide attentive and personalized service, ensuring that each guest feels valued and satisfied throughout their visit. You will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of the menu, including food and beverage pairings, to make informed recommendations. Additionally, you will handle order taking, food delivery, and payment processing, all while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall success of our establishment and the satisfaction of our patrons.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in food safety and handling.
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Knowledge of wine and beverage pairings.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain station in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift
  • Ensure table settings are presentable for service
  • Use Point of Sales System
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Benefits:

• Paid time off, 1 hour per every 40 hours worked up to year 3; 1.54 hours per every 40 hours worked thereafter; eligible after 90 days.

• Holiday Pay: Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day paid 1.5 times base wage if worked, based on eligibility.
