Job description

Package Craft, a TRG company and affiliate of Schwarz Partners is currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to support our Bethel, NC facility! The Customer Account Manager is responsible for customer service, order entry, order processing and order shipping. ย Collaborates closely with the departments of Customer Service, Shipping, and Production Planners.

ESSENTIALย JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:

  • Supervise, manage and direct customer service representatives.
  • Review new items and existing items to ensure accuracy and proper input into ordering system.
  • Review and make decisions on pricing for items where General Manager is not required to review.
  • Handle customer questions and/or problems in areas where customer service representatives require assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Review and ensure that all plant goals regarding on-time deliveries and other product quality and performance issues are being met.
  • Monitor inventory and warehouse items.ย  Provide input to management as to availability of stock, slow moving, and fast moving items.
  • Review and revise service related procedures and train personnel to ensure quality service and output.

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Highschool Diploma or GED
  • Five yearsโ€™ experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Three years supervisory experience overseeing three or more people

PREFERRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.ย 
  • Computer literate (MS Excel and MS Word).ย 
  • Experience in the corrugated container industry.ย
