Manager, Project Management

Weber Shandwick is currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager, Integrated Project Management to join our winning team! In this role you will work closely with an integrated team across account, creative, influencer, social, analytics, and strategy, as well as report to a Director or VP of Project Management, to lead projects across a growing portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage multiple small to medium-scale integrated campaigns; collaborating with internal stakeholders, coordinating with various partners and managing vendors
  • Demonstrate understanding the full project lifecycle from client brief to final delivery
  • Own and manage project lifecycle with extended team, inclusive of scoping deliverables, resource management, hour estimates, timeline development, and project requirements/processes
  • Coordinate with creative, strategy, account management and other internal teams to help drive best-in-class solutions, deliver award winning results and mitigate risk and potential overservice
  • Manage financial performance of accounts including scopes, burn report summaries and forecasting
  • Lead internal team members on day-to-day project milestones and deliverables
  • Partner with WS account team to manage team on-boarding processes
  • Support in educating the team on roles and responsibilities, process and templates

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in an agency setting
  • Strong financial management skills, including scoping, burn report tracking, resource allocation across project tasks
  • Demonstrated success in managing different types of programs and deliverables, such as creative ideation, social and/or digital
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at driving clarity in complex projects
  • Motivated and curious, a true team player eager to jump in, problem solve and lead teams to success
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project/Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint

Salary Range: $75,000 USD - $90,000 USD
