Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, process optimization, and program delivery across internal and vendor-supported teams. This role will focus on improving workflows, analyzing operational performance, managing stakeholders, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, training materials, and documentation.

Analyze operational data, KPIs, SLAs, and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities.

Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to measure operational success.

Manage operational projects from planning through execution.

Partner with internal teams and vendors to improve service delivery and drive business outcomes.

Oversee escalations, ticket queues, and issue resolution processes.

Support automation initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide operational insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or Process Improvement.

Strong experience in process optimization, project management, and operational analytics.

Experience managing vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
