Position Summary... What you'll do...

The Sr. Analyst, Digital Identity Operations & Governance supports the performance, governance, and continuous improvement of the identity verification ecosystem supporting Last Mile Delivery (LMD). This role is responsible for operational analysis, vendor performance tracking, incident coordination, reporting, and process optimization to help ensure scalable, secure, and frictionless onboarding experiences.
This individual partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and vendor teams to support identity platform performance, operational governance, fraud prevention efforts, and data-driven decision-making.
Essential Functions
Operational Support & Performance Monitoring
  • Supports day-to-day operations of identity verification platforms and onboarding workflows.
  • Monitors operational performance metrics, onboarding trends, and platform health indicators.
  • Assists with operational escalations, incident tracking, and resolution coordination.
  • Supports platform stability efforts through monitoring, reporting, and process documentation.

Vendor Performance & Governance Support
  • Tracks vendor SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
  • Assists with vendor issue management, reporting, and governance activities.
  • Supports compliance reviews, audit preparation, and documentation efforts.
  • Helps ensure adherence to operational standards, policies, and identity verification controls.

Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Develops operational dashboards and reporting to measure onboarding performance, fraud trends, and vendor effectiveness.
  • Analyzes operational data to identify workflow inefficiencies, onboarding friction, and improvement opportunities.
  • Provides insights and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Supports KPI tracking and recurring business reviews.

Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency, onboarding success rates, and fraud prevention outcomes.
  • Supports automation and process optimization initiatives.
  • Partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and vendor teams to support execution of operational priorities.
  • Assists with documentation, communication, and coordination across multiple workstreams.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in program management, operations, fraud prevention, identity verification, or a related business function.
  • 1+ year of experience analyzing operational data, performance metrics, and trends to support business decisions.
  • Experience working in a corporate operations environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting identity fraud, identity verification, onboarding, risk, compliance, or fraud-related processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop reports, presentations, and operational documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate findings, present recommendations, and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting identity verification platforms, onboarding operations, or digital identity programs.
  • Experience monitoring product performance, operational workflows, and vendor or platform health metrics to ensure successful execution.
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives and partnering with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations teams to drive operational outcomes.
