Job description

The FSQA Process Improvement Supervisor plays a critical role in advancing Westrock Coffee's digital quality ecosystem by developing, configuring, and optimizing enterprise Quality Management Systems (QMS) and other manufacturing digital platforms. This position transforms food safety, quality, and operational requirements into scalable digital workflows, automated processes, and data driven tools that strengthen compliance, improve efficiency, and enhance visibility across the manufacturing network.
Working closely with Operations, FSQA, IT, Engineering, and Product Development, the FSQA Digital Systems Specialist leads the creation of automated workflows, business logic, KPI dashboards, and analytics that support both daily operations and executive decision making. The role is responsible for system implementation, user support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of digital quality systems, ensuring they remain reliable, intuitive, and aligned with evolving business needs.
By analyzing manufacturing and quality data, identifying trends, and supporting cross functional improvement initiatives, this position helps drive standardization, process optimization, and digital transformation across the organization. The FSQA Process Improvement Supervisor combines strong technical capability with quality expertise, project leadership, and a proactive mindset to deliver digital solutions that elevate performance and support Westrock Coffee's commitment to operational excellence.
Job Duties:
  • Lead development, configuration, and continuous improvement of enterprise Quality Management Systems (QMS) and other manufacturing digital platforms.
  • Develop automated workflows, business logic, and digital processes to improve food safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Design and maintain KPI dashboards, reporting, and data analytics to support operational and executive decision-making.
  • Partner with Operations, FSQA, IT, Engineering, and Product Development to identify process improvement opportunities and translate business requirements into digital solutions.
  • Support system implementation, user acceptance testing, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancement of digital quality systems.
  • Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and implementation of new technologies across the organization.

Qualfications:
  • BA/BS required. Prefer degree to be in a science discipline.
  • Two to five years QA related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Digital Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Manufacturing execution or enterprise business systems
  • Workflow development and process automation
  • Data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
  • Cross-functional project leadership and system implementation
  • Continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • ISO background preferred
  • Ability to manage and motivate personnel
  • Strong initiative, ability to anticipate issues proactively
  • Sound math and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
