About The Team

Global Product delivers products, pricing and capabilities that help our clients achieve their financial objectives and our firm drive better commercial outcomes.

Our associates are based in seven locations across the globe and organized into the following functional teams:

  • Asset Class:AOur asset class product teams act as business partners to Investments leadership, providing guidance and insight on product strategy, development, and management. They are aligned by asset class and organized into three teams focused on the following areas: Equity, Fixed Income, and Multi-Asset, Retirement and Alternatives.
  • Distribution and Pricing:AOur distribution and pricing teams focus on strategic development, management, implementation, and governance of our product range. They are organized into the following three teams. The Commingled Vehicles team leads commingled vehicle development, implementation, and optimization globally and oversees vehicle governance routines. The Commercial Initiatives team leads pricing and acts as business partners to Global Distribution leadership on product strategy, development, and management.AThe Global SMA team is responsible for driving SMA market share through ownership of the end-to-end SMA business.
  • Cross-Global Product:AOurAInsight & Strategic Product Development team helps drive more commercial outcomes across Global Product and the firm. This includes the development of cross-cutting initiatives such as strategic use of seed capital and standardized annual health check processes. Additionally, this team partners with strategic clients to co-create innovative investment strategies.

Role Summary

The T. Rowe Price internship program includes a formal orientation, peer and senior mentor assignments, and formal learning opportunities. In addition to the work assignments within the assigned department, interns also gain exposure to associates and senior leaders across the firm through an executive speaker series, networking and social events, and engagement with our Business Resource Groups.A

The Global Product internship provides insight into the distribution and pricing of our investment vehicles. This experience will provide students with an opportunity to analyze financial data to determine pricing analysis used in strategy development.

Responsibilities

  • May assist with creating reports related to the current book of business, portfolio proposals in the market, and pricing trends and forecasts.
  • Conducts initial analyses of pricing information. Researches, tracks, and maintains records of pricing.
  • Responsible for gathering data and information used to evaluate product life cycle or deal-specific opportunities.
  • Assists in the sharing of information between more senior pricing staff and stakeholders across the business.
  • Gathers data for analysis on key metrics relating to pricing.
  • Leverage data analytics to provide meaningful insights
  • Utilize data visualization platform to create interactive dashboards

Qualifications

Required:

  • Full time student pursuing a bacheloras degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 a" May/June 2029.
  • Understanding of data visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau) and financial systems
  • MS Excel knowledge of complex formulas

Preferred:

  • Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration majors preferred
  • Hands-on experience with industry tools such as Broadridge, Morningstar, or eVestment for competitive analysis and market research.
  • Cumulative grade point average of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
  • A growth mindset with commitment to ongoing learning of AI-augmented platforms

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
