Job Description

Responsible for driving strategic process transformation initiatives across business units. Applies deep expertise in process improvement methodologies to solve complex business challenges and align process design with enterprise goals. Leads high-impact projects, advises senior leadership, and champions a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Design and lead busines unit process improvement strategies, applying advanced-level DMAIC methodology aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and apply enterprise-level frameworks for assessing the strategic value of process transformation initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in process optimization and performance measurement.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enable process automation and efficiency.
  • Influence governance and policy development related to process standards and best practices.
  • Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to inform process innovation.
  • Develop business cases and ROI models for strategic process investments.
  • Partner with senior leaders to embed continuous improvement into organizational culture.
  • Lead the development of process governance models and frameworks.
  • Partner with enterprise architecture and IT to align process and system design.
  • Evaluate vendor solutions and tools for process automation and optimization.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies from planning through execution.
  • Subject matter expert within the area of specialization with understanding of interrelationships of different disciplines.
  • Significant experience in enterprise process design and transformation.
  • Significant experience in process automation tools and technologies.
  • Advanced experience in benchmarking and competitive analysis.
  • Advanced experience in business case development and ROI modeling.
  • Advanced knowledge of strategic alignment of process initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of governance and compliance in process management.
  • Advanced knowledge of process maturity models and capability frameworks.
  • Advanced skill in senior-level advising and strategic influence.
  • Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills.
  • Advanced research and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or related field or equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
  • Related optimization certification.

Desired Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification, Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), or Certified Lean Practitioner.
