Position Scope
FPS is a global leader in turn-key food freezing and cooling equipment, serving clients across five continents. We are currently looking for a Quality Control Officer to ensure accurate inspection, packing, and shipment readiness. If you are looking to be part of a fast-paced, diverse, and innovative team in a growing company, then this is a position for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Record all BOM information from Engineering
  • Prepare checklists for all parts and components based on information from Engineering
  • Ensure all parts and components are packed and inspected before shipment
  • Prepare QC reports for all inspected parts
  • Record defective or missing parts and investigate root causes
  • Provide Operations support for emergency shipments on small parts
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Abilities

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Operations Management or Quality Control preferred
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably within a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work independently and effectively to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge in manufacturing machinery or mechanical engineering is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation capability to develop and present content for staff and senior management
  • Good command of spoken and written English; knowledge of Chinese is desirable
