Expedia Group is seeking a Program Manager to support the growth of our B2B cruise business in alignment with our overall strategy. In this role, you'll serve as the Expedia Group subject matter expert for B2B Cruise, acting as the key point of contact for new partner onboarding, supporting day-to-day operational needs, partner-specific requests, and providing ongoing support. You'll work across internal teams and external partners to ensure successful launches, manage platform configuration and enhancements, conduct testing and troubleshooting, and identify improvement opportunities. This is a fast-moving, hands-on role requiring strong program management skills, collaboration abilities, platform administration experience, and business acumen.

In This Role You Will:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for the B2B Cruise platform and offering, ensuring stakeholders understand capabilities, opportunities, and strategic direction.
  • Support end-to-end B2B Cruise partner onboarding, managing third-party platform setup, custom branding, configuration, and testing to ensure successful launches for new and existing partners.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across internal teams (Account Management, Business Development, Marketing, Call Center Operations) to build platform knowledge and identify growth opportunities within the B2B cruise offering.
  • Support Business Development efforts by providing cruise expertise, competitive positioning, sales materials, and technical support to enable effective partner engagement and expansion.
  • Manage day-to-day B2B Cruise operations and escalations, troubleshooting platform issues, resolving partner concerns, and coordinating across internal teams and third-party partners.
  • Manage feedback loops with partners and internal stakeholders; provide regular status updates and report on key metrics including partner adoption, transaction volume, and platform data integrity.
  • Partner with technology providers to plan platform roadmaps, manage system integrations, and drive feature rollouts that support B2B partner growth and cruise booking goals.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years experience in program management, program support, product management
  • Degree in business or related discipline
  • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing needs with excellent attention to detail
  • Solid interpersonal skills including cross-functional team collaboration and service oriented
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in complex scenarios
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving are required traits
  • Expertise in problem-solving, project coordination, planning, process development, and improvement skills
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities

Please note: Role must be based in Vancouver. Relocation support not available for this role.

The total cash range for this position in Vancouver is $73,000.00 to $102,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $117,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
