GOODVIBES JUICE CO. is a fast-growing beverage company focused on producing high-quality, functional products with a strong emphasis on quality, consistency, and operational excellence. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and build our production and quality systems.


Role Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee daily production, inventory, and the production team, while building and maintaining systems aligned with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who has experience in a regulated food or beverage manufacturing environment and is excited to scale operations.


Key Responsibilities

Production & Team Management

  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality
  • Manage, train, and develop production staff
  • Develop production schedules based on demand forecasts
  • Monitor performance, throughput, and labor efficiency

Inventory & Supply Chain

  • Manage raw material and finished goods inventory
  • Coordinate purchasing and ensure material availability
  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking and lot control

Quality & Food Safety

  • Enforce GMP and HACCP programs across all operations
  • Support and maintain food safety systems and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and food safety standards
  • Lead deviation investigations and corrective actions

Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and standardized workflows
  • Optimize production processes for scale and consistency

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain batch records, SOPs, and production documentation

Packaging & Fulfillment

Facility & Equipment

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years experience in food or beverage manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety systems
  • Experience working in a GFSI-certified environment (SQF, BRC, etc.) or equivalent strongly preferred
  • Experience managing production teams
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Nice to Have

  • Experience with functional ingredients or dietary supplement–style products
  • Experience preparing for or supporting third-party audits (e.g., GFSI, regulatory inspections)
  • Experience working with or managing co-packers

Compensation

  • Base salary: $85,000 – $110,000 CAD, depending on experience
