Position Overview

Accordia Bank is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Draw Processor for its Construction Administration team. This role supports borrowers through the construction phase of their loans by reviewing onsite photos, comparing schedules of values to work completed, validating proof of payment, and clearing draw conditions—all while maintaining strong controls over fund releases. We're looking for someone intellectually curious, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with hands-on experience in the draw process and solid construction accounting/bookkeeping skills.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyze project budgets against sources and uses of funds, catching errors or shortfalls that could jeopardize project completion
  • Coordinate inspections and documentation with borrowers
  • Compare project scope to remaining balances to flag misalignment
  • Serve as the primary borrower contact for draw requests, providing clear communication and issue resolution
  • Manage multiple draws with strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Maintain advanced Excel proficiency; Salesforce or construction management software experience a plus
  • Partner with the Manager on escalated draw issues

Qualifications

  • Experience in fund control or construction-related fields preferred
  • Strong written/verbal communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under deadline pressure
