In this role, you will serve as the ultimate process owner of pricing, discounting, and SKU data governance, giving you a direct hand in modernizing key systems, eliminating system bloat, and establishing scalable architectures that drive global revenue growth.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
  • Take complete ownership of end-to-end pricing structures, global discounting schemas, and SKU lifecycles to ensure peak operational accuracy.
  • Lead business-side execution for multi-year enterprise system migrations across core applications like Oracle, Agile PLM, and Salesforce.
  • Architect comprehensive system workflow documentation and deliver high-impact training programs to empower cross-functional teams.
  • Spearhead strategic system hygiene initiatives to eliminate obsolete price lists, inactive accounts, and outdated discount models.
  • Partner closely with senior executive leadership to translate strategic business models into seamless operational realities.

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Deep expertise managing core enterprise engines, including Oracle, Agile PLM, Oracle Cloud PLM, and Salesforce.
  • Strong background in end-to-end data ownership, system hygiene, and structured SKU lifecycle governance.
  • Demonstrated success in change management, executive communication, and leading agile-to-cloud platform migrations.
  • Proven ability to design scalable go-to-market operational workflows and audit response frameworks.
