Summary of Position: Process Leads are responsible for the execution of duties on their assigned shift for the coating and converting departments. This includes being responsible for operators working safely and producing quality products while meeting the daily production needs.
Position Requirements:
  • Ensure a safe working environment and PPE is being worn.
  • Must follow and perform all safety aspects related to this position.
  • Must have knowledge of the product specializations and quality requirements.
  • Spend time on the floor, check hour by hours to ensure performance.
  • Engage Operators and communicate to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Be available for Operators and ensure Operators have the resources needed.
  • Evaluate issues and communicate with support departments as needed.
  • Shift assignments based on customer demand and attendance.
  • Shift schedules, DayForce, and time approvals.
  • Ensure departments are clean and prepared for next shift.
  • Communicate status and key items with the next shift.
