  • Bill of Material (BOM) Integrity: Oversee ongoing audit and correction of BOMs, with focus on high-volume products, to eliminate inventory discrepancies (including negative inventory) and support accurate cost accounting.
  • Inventory Risk Mitigation: Identify and close process gaps within BOMs and operational workflows to ensure compliance and reduce inventory errors caused by manual or procedural issues.
  • Quarterly Physical Inventory: Lead quarterly physical inventory activities, including planning, execution, reconciliation, and continuous process improvement to reduce variances and improve cycle efficiency.

  • Infor SyteLine Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in Infor SyteLine to improve data integrity, reporting, and inventory-related system processes supporting COGS and operational performance.
  • Scout (MES) Platform Enhancement: Support and enhance the internal Scout (MES) platform by identifying and implementing workflow and process improvements that increase manufacturing efficiency and usability.
Essential Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Experience working with ERP and MRP systems.
  • Willingness to work additional hours during peak business periods, including quarterly physical inventory activities, to ensure timely completion of counts and reconciliations.
Key Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs), inventory transactions, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience utilizing ERP systems, preferably Infor SyteLine, for reporting, analysis, and process improvement.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive change across the organization.
