Alloy is where you belong!
Alloy is the AI-powered identity and fraud prevention platform that accelerates onboarding, stops fraud, and scales compliance across the customer lifecycle so financial organizations can grow without limits. More than 900 of the world's leading financial institutions and fintechs trust Alloy for smarter risk management that drives growth.

About the team
Implementation Managers (IMs) are the owners and leads of client implementations at Alloy. Acting as the primary point of contact from Sales handoff through go-live, IMs combine rigorous project management with a consultative approach to guide financial institutions, banks, and fintechs of all segments (enterprise, mid-market, etc) through one of the most critical phases of their lifecycle with Alloy.
Our implementations are complex. Average timelines run 6-12 months, with enterprise and multi-phase engagements running longer. Clients are sophisticated, stakes are high, and the technical surface area is broad. Success in this role requires the ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous situations, earn trust with senior stakeholders, and keep multiple workstreams moving simultaneously, without losing sight of the bigger picture.
This role sits within the Technical Solutions organization and works closely with Solutions Architects, Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Product & Engineering.
Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three times a week.
What you'll be doing
  • Own client implementations end-to-end, driving clients to successful, on-time go-live across an average 4-12 month engagement cycle
  • Build and maintain tailored project plans, keeping all stakeholders aligned on timelines, milestones, risks, and next steps
  • Lead all client-facing touchpoints (meetings, email, Slack) with clear agendas, proactive communication, and consistent follow-through
  • Partner with Solutions Architects to translate client use cases into best-practice implementations, taking on tactical work as appropriate
  • Bring executive presence to senior client stakeholders, leading consultative discussions and pushing back on scope or requests that aren't in the client's best interest
  • Serve as the internal orchestrator across Solutions Architecture, Support, Customer Success, and Product & Engineering, sequencing workstreams and resolving conflicts before they surface
  • Conduct thorough discovery during Sales handoff to validate requirements and identify risks early
  • Proactively assess and communicate project health, escalating risks to the right internal stakeholder with a clear recommended path forward
  • Maintain working knowledge of Alloy's platform to provide clients with product guidance and data provider enablement
  • Keep project records current and accurate across Rocketlane and Salesforce
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the implementation process and contribute to internal and client-facing documentation

What it means to be successful in this role
  • Time-to-Value (TTV): how quickly clients reach go-live
  • Achievement of Outcomes: whether clients are genuinely receiving value from their program
  • Adherence to Project Milestones and Mutual Implementation Plans: consistency in tracking to forecasted timelines
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate has a track record of leading complex, long-cycle implementations - including at the enterprise level - bringing the structured project management discipline to keep things moving and the consultative instincts to build genuine trust with senior stakeholders.
  • 3+ years in an implementation management, technical project management, or professional services role, preferably with direct ownership of enterprise customer engagements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality or communication
  • Strong executive presence: comfortable leading rooms of senior stakeholders, pushing back with confidence, and inspiring trust through structured, consultative engagement
  • Experience working over long engagement cycles (6+ months), navigating multi-stakeholder environments and evolving scope
  • Comfort operating at the intersection of business and technology: able to follow technical discussions with Solutions Architects and clients without being the one writing the code
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; you write crisp emails, lead tight meetings, and give stakeholders exactly the context they need
  • Highly organized and proactive; you anticipate problems before they surface and drive toward resolution

Nice to Have
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services software
  • Familiarity with API integrations and technical implementation concepts (e.g., testing environments, data providers, workflow configuration)
  • Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Rocketlane, Jira, Salesforce)
  • Prior experience collaborating closely with Solutions Architects or similar technical counterparts

We're a lean team, so your impact will be felt immediately, and opportunities will grow as the company scales up. If this all sounds like a good fit for you, why not join us?
