Role Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to senior leadership within a fast-paced professional services environment. This trusted position plays a critical role in ensuring priorities remain organized, communications are effectively managed, and key initiatives continue moving forward.
The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to executive leadership by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, supporting stakeholder communications, maintaining CRM data, organizing documentation, and driving follow-through on critical action items. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct executive support to senior leadership
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling priorities, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, presentations, conference calls, and executive events
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, follow-up documentation, and executive correspondence
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute professional communications and reports
  • Maintain Salesforce records, contacts, activities, reminders, and relationship data
  • Track commitments, deadlines, action items, and follow-up responsibilities
  • Coordinate communications with clients, advisors, consultants, vendors, and external stakeholders

Key Requirements
