We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Head of Future Growth, US, and his leadership team. This role serves as a trusted partner to senior leadership, helping manage priorities, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support key business initiatives.

The current established work arrangement (EWA) for this position is Virtual. While this role is home-based, periodic travel will be required, approximately quarterly, for leadership meetings, team events, and other business-related activities.

What You Will Do

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the Head of Future Growth.
  • Manage a complex and frequently changing calendar, prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership forums, offsites, and special events.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and other business-related documents.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support two members of the leadership team with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and related logistics.
  • Process executive expenses and purchase requests in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain distribution lists, team communications, and organizational updates.
  • Provide administrative support to members of the Future Growth and Sales organizations, as needed.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives while helping improve administrative and operational processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or related administrative support experience.
  • Experience supporting Vice President-level leaders or above preferred.
  • Experience supporting leaders within a fast-paced, strategic, sales, business development, growth, or consulting environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proven ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Experience managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, scheduling meetings, and processing executive expenses.
  • Experience utilizing virtual collaboration tools and supporting hybrid work environments.
  • Ability to quickly learn Prudential systems, tools, and business processes.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and adaptable in a dynamic business environment.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $66,700.00 to $110,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
