The Senior Renewals Manager plays a pivotal role in managing the renewal of SaaS contracts, collaborating closely with the Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure the seamless delivery of quotes and securing of Purchase Orders and signatures from customers and channel partners. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the software sales cycle and procurement processes, with a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities within the customer base. This role will negotiate with customers to renew and apply expansions on deals.

Here’s a closer look at this key role:
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value or strategic renewal accounts with increased complexity (multi-region, multi-product, or enterprise scope).
  • Track accurate renewal/SaaS lists by quarter, account, and territory; maintain ownership of renewal forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Drive renewal negotiations end-to-end — from quote generation to contract execution — ensuring pricing integrity and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead renewal strategy calls with Customer Success and Sales to assess risk, upsell potential, and renewal probability.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate churn risk; engage executive or procurement stakeholders where required.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure timely and compliant completion of renewals.
  • Deliver accurate weekly renewal and churn forecasts with supporting commentary.
  • Develop insights and recommendations to improve renewal processes, pricing consistency, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Share best practices across the renewals organization and help refine renewal playbooks.
  • Partner with Customer Success leadership to provide data-driven feedback on customer health, usage, and adoption trends impacting renewals.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the renewal lifecycle.
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4+ years of SaaS renewals, quoting, or contract management experience (preferably in enterprise environments).
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding renewal quotas and forecast accuracy targets.
  • Advanced Salesforce or CRM proficiency; ability to manage large renewal portfolios.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data.
  • Experience collaborating with technical, legal, and financial stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities; adept at prioritizing multiple concurrent renewals.
  • High attention to detail and process excellence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of influencing at multiple levels internally and externally.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. Base Salary range for this role is: $76,650 — $96,000 USD
