Process Engineer
10+ Years experience in Process Engineering
Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Process Engineer to fill a 1st Shift opening with a Tier 1 company located near Warsaw, IN. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in Process Engineering and Lean.
Requirements of the Process Engineer
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering required
  • 10+ years in automotive process engineering
  • PFMEA experience
  • Six Sigma / Lean experience
  • Experience in JIT environments
  • Understanding of trim line processes and interiors manufacturing
  • Experience working with robotics / industrial automation equipment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Understanding of automotive customer and their requirements
