The Facilities Process Improvement Project Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across facility maintenance and distribution operations. This role focuses on analyzing and standardizing processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, integrating advanced technologies, and managing cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, technical aptitude, and a passion for optimizing performance in a dynamic, multi-site environment.


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Standardize SOPs across allfacilitymaintenance operations.

  • Leverage and pulldata,analyzemonthly reporting,andcreatedashboards for leadership.

  • Project plansand timelines for facilityexpansion, layoutchangesor maintenance work.

  • Training materialsandchangemanagement documentation for new processes.

  • Documented and executed Lean/Six Sigma projects with measurable cost savings or efficiency gains.

  • Successfullyimplementnew technologies.

  • Cross-functional alignment plans for major initiatives.

  • Compliance Audit reporting ensuringadherence to safety and operational standards.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fieldsrequired:Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration (with a focus on operations orlogistics).

  • Preferred - Master's Degree (MBA or MS) in Operations, Engineering Management, or Supply Chain Management.

  • Certifications such as:Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), PMP (Project Management Professional), CMMS or WMS system training certifications, APICS CPIM or CSCP.

  • Proven experience in warehouse/distribution and maintenance operations, preferably across multiple sites.

  • Expertisein Lean, Six Sigma,Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, 5Sor similar methodologies.

  • Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Expert in Lean and Six Sigmaand other methodologiesthat focus on efficiency andwastereduction.

  • Experience with LMS and work order management systems

  • Technically proficient with WMS, automation systems, AS/RS,PLCsand related tools.
