Job description

Position Summary... What you'll do...This role sits at the center of process excellence within a Distribution Center, driving measurable performance improvements through the Walmart Performance System (WPS). You’ll lead loss elimination initiatives, deploy proven process improvement methodologies, and partner closely with operations leaders to standardize and scale best practices across the network. What You’ll Do
  • Lead the application of process improvement tools and methods such as 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies to eliminate losses within assigned functional areas.
  • Deliver functional area results through KPI analysis, loss elimination initiatives, and the creation of standard work to reduce process variation.
  • Manage execution of process improvement projects tied to top losses and support area managers in reviewing, responding to, and sustaining project outcomes.
  • Apply Network One Best Way playbooks and contribute to Divisional Focused Improvement Teams through project ideation and replication opportunities.
  • Support the tactical deployment and integration of WPS methodologies through gap analysis, loss profile development, and performance metric tracking.
  • Provide guidance and development support to area managers and associates, building capability in process improvement, KPI management, and project execution.

  • Demonstrate strong coaching and development skills, with the ability to build process improvement capability in others.
  • Thrive in fast-paced operational settings and are comfortable managing multiple improvement initiatives simultaneously.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
