Radar Applications Incorporated (RAI) is a rapidly growing start-up delivering advanced sensor technologies for airborne and satellite radar missions. We seek highly-motivated professionals to support our existing R&D programs and to help us solve challenging problems for our Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and commercial customers. Primary Responsibilities
• Work within small technical teams to invent, prototype, evaluate, and optimize advanced radar signal processing and exploitation algorithms.
• Design innovative radar waveforms and associated signal processing techniques.
• Collaborate with our customers to analyze new system requirements and recommend effective technical solutions.
• Participate in business development activities including proposal strategy formulation and proposal writing.
Qualifications
• Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• At least 10 years of experience in radar signal processing or electronic warfare (EW).
• Familiarity with advanced signal processing algorithms and large-scale optimization methods.
• Experience with operational radar sensors and missions. • Fluency in MATLAB®, Python or C++ environments.
• Strong communication skills.
