The Process Engineer plays a crucial role in designing, analyzing, and improving manufacturing processes within a small team of 1-5 members. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, this position focuses on ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and efficient operation of equipment while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize processes without requiring travel.
