Job description

Position Title: Process Engineer

Pay - $85,000 - $100,000

About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC machinery,

particularly FANUC-based systems, and will play a key role in supporting new product launches and integrating advanced manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzes 2D prints with GD&T and 3D models of assigned parts and develops CNC program and selects cutting tools for based needed speeds and feeds for material.
  • Evaluates parts in work holding environment using 3D CAD and CAM software
  • Lead process development for new products and support pre-production builds.
  • Analyze production data (e.g., OEE, scrap rates, cycle times) to identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Support capital projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Train production personnel on new processes and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Approve tooling and processes in accordance with engineering and product specifications.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior experience in machining casting processes is highly desirable.
  • Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical schematics.
  • Advanced proficiency in CNC programming, with a focus on precision and efficiency.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and fostering team collaboration.
