Other engineering disciplines will be considered based on experience with technology development and the manufacturing of ultrapure, electronic grade chemicals.Candidate must have demonstrated significant hands-on contributions to process management and the scale-up of new products.The candidate must possess subject matter expertise in process simulation and pilot production, with a specific focus on advanced purification techniques, including distillation and filtration. Additionally, strong engineering skills are required, with a thorough understanding of Six Sigma quality principles, Design of Experiments (DOE), Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), problem-solving techniques, and statistical methods.The ability to document engineering projects and experimental designs in a structured, disciplined manner is essential, as are excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.A strong background in project management is critical for this role, ensuring projects are executed successfully, milestones are met, and objectives are achieved.The candidate must be capable of addressing complex problems with logical and effective solutions while advancing team goals.The position requires a proactive and adaptable professional who can quickly learn and align with the organization's mindset and structure, all while responding to evolving customer requirements.
