Job Description Process Technician Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Pay: $22.00 - $36.00 Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Shift: 1st or 3rd shift - 2/2/3 - 12-hour rotating shifts Key Responsibilities Set up and start production processes, including press operation and robot programming Load and manage robot programs to ensure optimal machine performance Monitor and troubleshoot production jobs to minimize downtime Perform mold setups and develop setup instructions Conduct scientific molding studies and collaborate with Process Engineer Support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives with engineering and tooling teams Follow all safety procedures, standard operating procedures, and company policies Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices Maintain a professional and safety-focused work environment Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Technical degree (2-year or 4-year) in a related field preferred 5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent hands-on training Completion of Set-Up Technician onboarding/training programs Experience with plastics injection molding #LP.
