Job description

Position Summary

Technical & Engineering Consulting LLC is seeking a Process Engineer to support Warehouse, Incoming Materials, and Dispensing Operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for process optimization, continuous improvement initiatives, deviation investigations, process changes, and equipment reliability support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize processes and equipment across Warehouse, Incoming Materials, and Dispensing operations.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and support deviation investigations, root cause analyses, and CAPA activities.
  • Implement process and equipment changes in compliance with site procedures.
  • Support troubleshooting and ensure MMC equipment operates reliably.
  • Develop and deliver technical training as needed.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements and company procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with deviation investigations, process improvements, and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of cGMP regulations and change management processes.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • Warehouse, material handling, dispensing, or supply chain operations.
  • TrackWise, SAP, Maximo, or similar systems.
  • Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
