Process Engineer II – Turnkey Systems

Food, Beverage, Dairy & Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer II to support the design and delivery of turnkey process systems, including skid-mounted equipment and tank systems, for sanitary manufacturing industries.

This role is responsible for developing complete process solutions—from concept and design through fabrication, installation, and commissioning—ensuring systems meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in hygienic process design and a strong understanding of integrated system delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Design systems including: 
    • CIP/COP, mixing, filtration, dosing skids, storage & process tanks
  • Develop PFDs, P&IDs, and layouts
  • Perform advanced calculations and system sizing
  • Specify process equipment
  • Coordinate with fabrication and automation teams
  • Support commissioning and troubleshooting

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
  • 3–6 years of experience
  • Experience with skid systems or plant processes
  • Strong sanitary design and CIP/SIP knowledge

KPIs for Success

  • On-time delivery of system designs
  • Accuracy and completeness of deliverables
  • Equipment sizing performance (minimal redesign)
  • Coordination effectiveness across teams
  • System performance at FAT/startup
  • Contribution to cost control and efficiency

Travel Expectations

  • 10–25% travel

Compensation

  • $85,000 – $115,000 base salary + bonus + benefits
