Identify Inefficiencies and Recommend Solutions:

Evaluate sales and operational workflows to uncover bottlenecks, handoff issues, capacity gaps, productivity challenges, and process breakdowns. Provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and execution.

Improve Workflows Between Sales and Operations:

Design, document, and implement improved workflows that strengthen coordination between sales and operations teams. Help reduce friction, improve handoffs, increase accountability, and create more consistent execution across markets.

Build Reporting and Performance Frameworks:

Develop dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reporting to monitor staffing levels, team productivity, SLA performance, market capacity, workload distribution, and operational effectiveness.

Support Workforce Planning and Prioritization:

Help leaders prioritize staffing investments by identifying the highest-impact markets, teams, roles, and process improvements needed to support growth and customer experience goals.

Drive Scalable Processes:

Create repeatable tools, models, and processes that enable the organization to manage growth across larger and more complex sales and operations teams.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
