Job description

Are you ready to make a significant impact by assuming responsibility for the documentation repository and oversight of the documentation process.  The Documentation Specialist partners with Supervisors, Trainers, and Content Managers (GA, Sales, PR).  This role requires that the individual has the ability to organize, manage, and lead the documentation processes, prepare new documents, and manage the documentation repository of policy and procedures for Operations.

The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $44,304 – $59,700 and for Eastern Washington varies between $40,560 - $58,800. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza Corp. intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

  •  Oversee and lead the documentation process to ensure approval processes are followed.
  •  Create and/or update process documents as needed to ensure accuracy.
  •  Develop and maintain the documentation repository.
  •  Collaboratively work with other areas of the organization (GA, Sales, PR).
  •  Participate in and lead process improvement activities that support Operations policy and process documentation.
  •  Work closely with the Operations Trainers on communication and documentation needs resulting from projects.
  •  Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  •  Manage and maintain KMS/Lighthouse Licenses.
  •  Update user permissions in KMS/Lighthouse.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products required.
