SUMMARY

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, conducting market research analysis, and managing relationships effectively. The job environment isfast-pacedandresults-oriented. The ability to understand, quickly react,and motivate others to adapt to changing markets and environments is a critical key to success.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Understand Company target markets, resources, and services; identify business opportunities in targetmarkets that align with company strategy and goals.
  • Identify and research market competitors and assist with developing awinningstrategy based on competitive intelligence.
  • Understand thedecision process and identify key decision makers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Collect and maintain client information in the CRM database.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients.
  • Track and monitor the status of bid proposals and future project opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of salesstrategies in line withthe company'sshort- and long-range business objectives.
  • Evaluate upcoming opportunities to assess the feasibility of the prospect for the company.
  • Provide active attention to theclient's needs, evaluating the needs, and offering solutions and assessments as necessary.
