Job description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract Recruiter) provides dedicated recruiting support during a critical high-volume hiring period through the end of the calendar year. In this role, you partner closely with hiring teams to manage a large number of open positions while ensuring an efficient, organized, and positive experience for every candidate. You focus primarily on recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding support, and overall talent acquisition process management, with the flexibility to assist with full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing and technical roles as hiring needs evolve.
Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment efforts in a high-volume hiring environment, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all recruiting activities.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring teams, and recruiting partners, managing calendars and logistics to create a smooth process.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure consistent, timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing and talent funnel management to help identify and attract qualified applicants.
  • Schedule interviews, assessments, and hiring events, confirming details and communicating updates to all stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding activities, including new hire documentation, coordination of start details, and process follow-through.
  • Track candidate movement through the recruitment lifecycle and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a seamless, professional, and positive hiring experience for candidates.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts for technical and manufacturing positions as needed, including coordination and support for hourly roles.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition function, including generating reports, maintaining metrics, and coordinating processes.
  • Screen resumes and track candidate applications to help identify qualified talent and maintain organized recruitment workflows.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate communication among candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams to keep processes moving efficiently.

Essential Skills
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, human resources, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to support recruitment and hiring activities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities across multiple hiring teams and functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and internal partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.

  • Experience managing large candidate pipelines and maintaining recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Experience in technical recruiting, hiring, and full-cycle recruitment activities is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition processes such as candidate sourcing, resume screening, and recruitment administration.
  • Ability to use scheduling tools and coordination practices to organize interviews, meetings, and hiring events effectively.

Work Environment
This is a fully onsite contract position based in Neenah, Wisconsin. You work on location throughout the assignment, collaborating closely with recruiting and hiring teams in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. The role involves extensive use of applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications, as well as regular interaction with candidates, recruiters, and hiring stakeholders. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
