What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead a production team in optimizing plant safety, plant performance and plant efficiency.
  • Operate cement kiln and milling circuits in alignment with plant targets and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate/coordinate with other plant teams (e.g. quality, maintenance, environment, etc.) relative to operational needs and performance.
  • Lead plant personnel on process control systems and best practices.
  • Utilize operating and administrative technologies, software and methodologies.

Work Environment
This role operates in a heavy industrial setting, including exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. The position requires time spent both in the Control room and within the plant floor, with a focus on safety, compliance and collaboration.
