Job description

Systems Integration & Support Manager

The Systems Integration & Support Manager is responsible for the operational stability, configuration, and continuous improvement of enterprise application platforms supporting ERP and business operations. This role provides hands-on leadership across integration platforms, document management systems, robotic process automation (RPA), and monitoring solutions with the supporting team as direct reports. The position balances day-to-day production support with the strategic expansion of automation and agentic AI capabilities to increase business value and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Provide configuration, support, and lifecycle management for ERP-adjacent applications and point solutions.
  • Own enterprise managed file transfer solutions, including Axway and related secure transport platforms.
  • Manage tax, document management, and automation platforms integrated with core ERP systems.
  • Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of supported platforms through monitoring, alerting, escalation, and root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, database, security, and vendor teams to resolve production issues.
  • Oversee monitoring tools and remediation workflows to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Lead RPA platforms including Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Identify, design, and implement automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and improve process reliability.
  • Track automation performance, metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Work directly with AI teams to design and execute agentic actions leveraging Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Support experimentation and operationalization of AI-enabled automation patterns.
  • Promote structured application documentation to enable AI-driven support and automation.
  • Act as a hands-on manager providing technical leadership and oversight.
  • Establish standards, documentation, and best practices for supported platforms.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, upgrades, and roadmap alignment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3–7+ years in enterprise application support/integration (manager/lead or senior hands-on role)
  • Strong application configuration and enterprise production support experience
  • Solid technical foundation in Windows, Windows Server, Linux server, networking, and VDI environments
  • Experience partnering with AI teams to operationalize agentic/AI-enabled automations using workflow/RPA tools (especially Microsoft Power Automate and/or Automation Anywhere — build, run, monitor, improve)
  • Experience with monitoring tools and escalation models
  • Managed File Transfer and ERP integration experience
  • Document management and automation platforms (Axway SecureTransport, Hyland OnBase, Tungsten Transact - formally Ephesoft, Microsoft Document intelligence.)
  • Understanding of application lifecycle management, integration patterns/methods, and database integration concepts
  • Proven ability to balance operational stability with innovation and automation
  • Strong documentation and governance mindset: standards, runbooks, best practices, change control
  • Ability to identify automation opportunities, deliver solutions, and track value/metrics (time saved, errors reduced, throughput)
Pay Range

USD $127,300.00 - USD $162,900.00 /Yr.
