The Team
We are seeking an Automation Specialist to design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions that enhance business operations. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, Product Management, and Technology teams to translate business processes into efficient, automated workflows. Positioned within the Business Enablement Group, this role serves as a critical bridge between IT and business users, ensuring that automation solutions effectively align with operational needs and drive measurable value.

  • Support the intake, scoping, and delivery of automation initiatives
  • Translate business requirements into technical automation solutions
  • Write and maintain scripts using SQL, Python, or VB
  • Develop and enhance automations using UiPath RPA frameworks
  • Build integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP, Webhooks)
  • Document processes including exception handling and workflows
  • Partner with stakeholders to define success criteria and measure outcomes
  • Monitor automation performance and recommend improvements
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and share insights with leadership
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives and pilot programs

Qualifications
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business automation, RPA development, or technology innovation.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, or RPA tools (UiPath preferred) .
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms.
  • Exposure to AI/ML, chatbots, or IoT technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile, UX, or design thinking.
  • Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and organization.
  • Collaborative mindset across business, IT, and vendor teams.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required.
