Job description

Job Title: Pega RPA Developer Lead

Location: Southlake, TX or Austin, TX or Calgary, Canada

Duration: Long term

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Pega RPA Developer Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of robotic process automation solutions using Pega Systems. This role involves leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Should have 6 to 10 years of experience in leading RPA products such as Pega RPA, UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere (Pega RPA is preferred)

Pega CRSA certification is must or candidate needs to complete before joining the work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of Pega RPA solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Define and document solution architecture, technical requirements, and development standards.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of RPA developers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of deliverables.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot deployed Attended/Unattended bots to ensure smooth operation.
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to integrate RPA solutions into existing systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pega RPA features and industry trends.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all automation projects.
