Job description

Job Title: Java RPA Engineer
Location: Jersey City/ NJ
Duration: 6 months
Job Description :
  • As a RPA Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, testing, implementation and maintenance of new and existing automation processes.
  • You will be exposed to a wide array of business applications that get tied together with our robots, and will create value for the organization by automating business tasks.
  • Be a key partner to the business and the rest of the team throughout the delivery cycle
  • Employ agile development practices including test driven development and deployment automation as well as Continuous Integration to improve overall execution speed and product quality
  • Design, develop and test workforce (Bots) Process Automation Solutions for various business units by leveraging Robotic and Cognitive Automation platform
  • Collaborate with IT to deploy and maintain the Bots in production
  • Respond to and resolve production issues
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering is required, or in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience; MS in Computer Science is desirable
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in software development in a Linux, Core Java, Python , C/C++, NoSQL and Relational Database
  • Required technical skills: Core Java, Linux, Python(optional), SQL, RPA Platform/Tools (WorkFusion preferred)
  • Desirable technical skills: Knowledge of math/statistical/machine learning libraries
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, object-oriented design, and understanding of Microservices Architecture
  • BFSI industry knowledge desirable
  • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile preferred)
  • Proficiency in the development environment, including IDE, web server, application server, source control system, unit-testing tool and defect management tool
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, with strong verbal and writing proficiency
