Location: Warren, NJ

THE ROLE:

  • The Senior .Net Developer will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of robust .NET applications. This position is responsible for analyzing system requirements, prioritizing development tasks, and writing clean, testable code using .NET programming languages. The developer will create technical specifications and architectural designs, as well as test, debug, and refactor various .NET applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • In addition to hands-on coding, the Senior .Net Developer will support and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards. The role also involves documenting development and operational procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain project continuity.
  • Staying current with trends in the maritime and logistics industry, as well as project management methodologies, is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
