Job description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Effectively processes all apparel merchandise at time of receipt, adhering to all Visual Merchandising & MPS Standards, and utilizing the inventory management system. 50%
- Systematically replenishes merchandise to the sales floor as required per the Visual Merchandising Standards utilizing the inventory management system. 10%
- Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales to promote effective backroom organization and replenishment. 10%
- Unloads trucks as needed. 10%
- Assists with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise. 5%
- Keeps work area clean, neat, organized and well stocked with supplies. 5%
- Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible. 5%
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all guests. 5%

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other outfitters.
