Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Requirements:

  • Receive, inspect, unload, and store materials.
  • Identify, communicate, and process product returns.
  • Scan and store material documentation, ensuring Certificates of Conformance (CofC) are on file.
  • Pull and issue materials for job kits and deliver them to production.
  • Assist team members with part resolution
  • Perform cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.
  • Operate forklift and jib crane.
  • Package outgoing products per required customer documentation, weigh shipments, and load them on trucks.
  • Remove trash and recycling, store materials properly, and manage inventory in Kardex or shelves.
  • Process part requests and returns to stock, manage kits (red, yellow, green), and process material RMAs.
  • Optimize Kardex bins and print/apply material labels.
  • Others jobs and tasks as needed
