Job description

Inventory Clerk

Location: Bethlehem, PA 18017 Pay Range: $21–$23 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Additional Hours: Overtime and occasional weekends possible; flexibility required.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support daily inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, previous inventory experience, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Professional written communication through Outlook is essential. MHE certification is required, and stand-up forklift experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily inventory tasks, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
  • Record and analyze data using Microsoft Excel and warehouse inventory systems.
  • Communicate professionally via Outlook/email regarding discrepancies and reporting.
  • Investigate inventory variances and assist with problem resolution.
  • Maintain organized, accurate inventory documentation.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment (MHE).
  • Support warehouse operations as needed.
Key Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Professional written communication skills (Outlook/email required).
  • High attention to detail with strong math skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior inventory experience required.
  • MHE certification is a plus
  • Stand-up forklift experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
