Pro-Vigil is the fastest growing provider of Surveillance Services located in San Antonio, Texas. The Surveillance Agent is responsible for detecting and deterring crime in accordance with customer guidelines. We are looking for motivated overnight professionals to join our surveillance team. We are open 24x7, 365 days per year including holidays. 95% of the work hours available are overnight and weekend shifts. We currently have full-time and part time schedules available. Please be advised that all schedules require evening, overnight and weekend shifts. There are no Monday - Friday shifts and daytime hours are only available on the weekends. All positions require the ability to work Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

Essential Functions

  • Must be observant with a high level of concentration in order to monitor multiple occurrences taking place at a single setting.
  • Must be able to multi-task and produce detailed quality work.
  • Experience using a Windows PC and/or Google Suite.
  • Ability to follow oral and written policies and procedures.
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in written form.
  • Ability to use good judgment while handling inbound and outbound customer interactions.
  • Partners with other team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Previous work experience including contact center, customer service, security, law enforcement or military is a plus.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. The position will require you to be able to sit for up to 8-10 hours (with breaks). Must be highly alert and focused while watching multiple screens looking for suspicious activity which may require corrective action.

The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computer systems, use of multiple monitors, phones and headsets.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, listen, be alert and make good judgment calls. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.

Starting base rate is $14.50 with $1 differential for overnight hours between 6pm-6am. $2.00 differential for overnight during the weekend. Compensation plan provides opportunities to increase base pay rate $1 per quarter based on performance up to $17.
