Position Summary

As a Lot Operations Pro, you play a critical role in keeping our dealership running smoothly. You’ll ensure vehicles are organized, presentable, and ready for customers, while supporting the sales and service teams behind the scenes. This is a hands on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and values teamwork.


What You’ll Do
  • Maintain organization and flow of vehicles on the sales lot or service departments
  • Park, move, and stage vehicles for display, test drives, and deliveries
  • Assist with vehicle check-in, tagging, and inventory organization
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and customer ready
  • Support sales and service teams with vehicle movement and logistics
  • Monitor lot appearance and report safety or maintenance concerns
  • Assist with snow removal, lot cleanliness, and seasonal needs
  • Follow all safety guidelines and dealership procedures

What We’re Looking For
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Dependable, punctual, and team oriented attitude
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the day
  • Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus—but not required
